Do not send samples before receiving approved shipping instructions and a quote. Analytical results apply only to identified specimens and specified methods; they do not establish sterility, potency, whole-batch conformity, or suitability for human use unless independently supported by the particular tests documented.
Draft terms. The contracting legal entity, shipping restrictions, fees, refunds, and governing terms need confirmation before accepting paid customer submissions.
